General Practitioners

We are currently seeking Vocationally Registered GPs to join our practice. Our ideal candidates are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a team environment.

Receptionists

We are seeking an experienced part-time Medical Receptionist with 3–5 years’ experience in general practice. Experience with Best Practice and HotDoc is preferred; however, training can be provided for the right applicant.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous medical reception experience
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Experience with Best Practice, HotDoc, and Windows software (Word, Excel)
  • Understanding of MBS, accreditation standards, and medical terminology
  • Familiarity with allied health services

Nurses

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time Registered Nurse with 3–5 years’ experience in a general practice setting. Experience with Best Practice and HotDoc is preferred; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer adult & childhood immunisations and perform iron infusions
  • Conduct health assessments, injections, and clinical measurements (height, weight, vision)
  • Provide wound care, remove sutures, and assist with procedures (prep & clean-up)
  • Prepare and restock consulting rooms, doctors’ bags, medications, stock & samples
  • Manage patient follow-ups, recall and reminder systems, and act as chaperone when required
  • Maintain CPR & First Aid certification
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilisation, hazardous materials, waste disposal, records management, OHS, accreditation standards, legislation, and nursing code of ethics
